About the Role

HSE Integrated is seeking a skilled instructor to deliver high-quality training programs to our clients. As an instructor, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and interactive learning environment, utilizing your expertise to deliver course materials and ensuring that participants meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions, utilizing a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of training materials, ensuring they meet the required standards and are up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Manage and maintain training equipment and resources, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies for development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training and development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and able to operate and maintain training equipment.
  • Valid certifications in H2S Alive, Standard 1st Aid/CPR, and a clean driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the energy industry, with a strong understanding of HSE principles and practices.
  • Successful completion of the HSE Train the Trainer program.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
