Senior Business Development Manager

Vaco LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:We are looking for a skilled business development professional who can drive revenue growth and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new job orders, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and motivate a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Serve as primary strategic lead for the team and line of business.
- Establish and maintain target lists, developing client relationships through prospecting activities such as phone calls, emails, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
