As a member of our Board, you will contribute to advancing our mission by:

  • Participating in board discussions and sharing your expertise to drive positive change
  • Attending all Board and committee meetings, and special events
  • Staying informed about our organization's mission, services, policies, and programs
  • Reviewing agenda and supporting materials prior to meetings and raising concerns
  • Constructively contributing to Board discussions and serving on committees or working groups
  • Acting as an advocate for our organization and suggesting potential nominees
  • Following Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies
  • Assisting the Board in carrying out its fiduciary responsibilities

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with various skills and backgrounds to support and complement our current Board members. If you have expertise in areas such as Human Resources, Legal, CPA, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Fundraising, Leadership & Strategic Planning, Nurses, Physicians, Engineers, or Youth Workers, we encourage you to apply.
