We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nita Sihota Personal Real Estate Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard, answering and directing calls, and providing information to callers.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
