Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at New Edge Alliance INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Obtain and process information required to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Record Keeping: Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Financial Management: Calculate billing charges and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Support: Provide directory assistance, emergency services, and relay services to persons with disabilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
