Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counter Sales and Service Representative to join our team at our Grande Prairie location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing customer needs, and providing on-site repairs and service of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries, orders, and quotes in a fast and friendly manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide recommendations based on cost, availability, or specifications.
  • Perform product assemblies and repairs, ensuring high quality and compliance to product specifications.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with colleagues to improve our services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the sales team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in counter sales, customer service, or mechanical assembly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
