About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Sales Representative to join our team at Sirius Personnel Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the commercial bakery industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to clients with territory salespeople to assess their needs and provide recommendations on our products.
  • Make recommendations on our commercial bakery equipment and assist clients with the tweaking of equipment or recipes to achieve their goals.
  • Help assess customer needs and perform demos to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Coordinate installations with bakery technicians and work with the sales team to generate leads.
Requirements
  • Development vs Maintenance: 20% vs 80%
  • Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
  • Languages: French and English (bilingual)
  • Education: Post-secondary school needed
  • Training: On-the-job training
  • Overnight Travel: 50% overnight travel
  • Years of experience: At least 3-5 years of commercial bakery experience or experience with baking ingredients and/or bakery equipment
Transferable Knowledge
  • Knowledge of commercial bakery products or methodology
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of high production bakeries
