About the Role:

Talent Employment Inc is seeking an exceptional Data Supervision Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
  • Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
