Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Dhinsako. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring the integrity and quality of our records.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $13.00 - $16.00 per hour. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be working in an indoor climate-controlled environment with moderate noise levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from source documents into our computer system following established formats and guidelines
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data
  • Audit customer data for any discrepancies or errors
  • Identify and report data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain successful productivity and adherence to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience a plus
  • Ability to interpret instructions and follow established procedures
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Competency in using electronic devices and software applications
