About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Territory Development Manager to join our team at the Brandt Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, market share, and profitability in the Saskatchewan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships in your assigned territory
  • Provide product training and support to dealership staff
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, accounts receivable, and other key metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and head office staff to develop and implement business plans and goals
  • Represent the Brandt Group of Companies at tradeshows and other industry events
Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing or a similar discipline would be considered an asset but not required
  • Working knowledge of agricultural machinery products, or similar industry
  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required
