About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Brandt Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, market share, and profitability in the Saskatchewan area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-user customers
  • Maximize sales and market share through effective territory management
  • Provide product training and support to dealers
  • Ensure dealer compliance with Brandt sales, service, and finance policies
  • Monitor and report on product and market trends
  • Assist in sales program development and overall corporate business objectives
  • Coordinate tradeshows and exhibitions

Requirements

  • Three to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing or a similar discipline would be considered an asset but not required
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required
