We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Worker to join our team at the Vernon Health Centre in Vernon, B.C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide life skills and general support services to clients living in their own housing
  • Work within a psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction framework to support clients with severe mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders
  • Develop and maintain skills required for successful independent living
  • Engage clients in community settings as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery, and evaluation
