Job Title: Community Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Specialist to join our team at the Willowview Mental Health Centre in Vernon, B.C.

About the Role

The Community Mental Health Specialist will contribute to a supportive and empowering environment that enhances the resident's recovery. This role will facilitate the clients' movement toward independent living through the maintenance/cleanliness of the facility and engaging in daily activities with the clients established through their care plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily activities with clients to promote independent living
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement client care plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients to promote their mental health and well-being
