Job Title: Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a key member of our Youth Mental Health and Substance Use team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to youth aged 12-24 with moderate to severe substance use concerns and/or concurrent disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for youth with complex mental health and substance use needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Provide urgent response and crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
  • Experience working with youth with mental health and substance use concerns.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
