Sales Business Development Representative

Tri-Mach Group Inc. is a leading provider of innovative sanitary stainless steel solutions, serving the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries with custom equipment and services.
We are seeking a Sales Business Development Representative to manage sales and relationships with new and existing customers, promoting a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize growth and profit potential, meeting yearly sales targets as assigned by the Sr. Director of Sales.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Suite of applications.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with career development opportunities, onsite skill development programs, tuition reimbursement, RRSP matching, and more.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize growth and profit potential
- Becoming the main commercial contact with customers
- Meeting yearly sales targets as assigned by the Sr. Director of Sales
- Providing and presenting a weekly sales forecast to the Sr. Director of Sales
- Presentation proposals to customers and securing orders through selling value
Requirements include:
- A post-secondary education
- 3 – 5 years of consultative sales experience
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite of applications
