We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with new and existing customers, and will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also have the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, and will be comfortable selling on value and discussing money with customers.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive group benefits, RRSP matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize growth and profit potential, becoming the main commercial contact with customers, and developing and implementing sales targets and strategies to maximize the growth of the company.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for meeting yearly sales targets as assigned by the Sr. Director of Sales, and will provide and present a weekly sales forecast to the Sr. Director of Sales. They will also be responsible for presenting proposals to customers and securing orders through selling value, and will manage customer negotiations when applicable.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education, 3-5 years of consultative sales experience, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will also have the ability to cold call, a valid driver's license, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
