About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales and Club Associate at Anytime Fitness in Elmira.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn above-average income with a family business, working in a fun and upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell membership packages and services to potential clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing members
  • Work closely with the club manager to achieve sales targets and club goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Assist with club operations, including cleaning and maintenance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and occasional day shifts
  • Availability to work at our Guelph location is a bonus
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Team player with excellent attendance and work ethic
  • Great phone skills and ability to create engaging social media content
