Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their performance and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other store managers and district managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
