Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at DPG FOOD SERVICES INC O/A SUBWAY. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, and place dishes in storage areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
