Job Overview
This is a full-time admin / studio operations support role in a busy production studio that resets weekly. The successful candidate will excel in professionalism, accuracy, and thoroughness when interacting with clients through phone and email. Key responsibilities include data entry, unpacking and cataloging new orders, managing accounts receivable, overseeing shipping and receiving, engraving, and providing phone and email support to both vendors and retail clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Data entry experience (min 3 years)
- Fine motor skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional memory
- Problem solving and looking for efficiencies
- Strength and physical endurance with repetitive tasks
- Nice handwriting
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instruction

Compensation and Work Schedule
We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$30 per hour, with additional pay for overtime and bonuses. The expected hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift.
