Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with production directors and studio operation leaders across North American Battlefield studios. As a trusted advisor, you will manage FP&A elements associated with the delivery of Battlefield's strategy for these studios.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with studio and product partners to achieve long-term franchise goals, partnering with product owners to set and manage R&D investments, and providing regular financial visibility on Outlook, Risks, and Opportunities across products and studios.

In addition to daily support, such as contract reviews, expense coding, and guidance on finance policies, you will also manage close activities, including accrual considerations to ensure accurate accounting and financial management.

You will partner with Finance Manager II to prepare reporting packages and hold forecast reviews with product and studio leadership teams. Your collaboration with central teams and other franchise studios will support broader studio ecosystem goals.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent MS Excel expertise, and proficiency in accounting principles and GAAP knowledge. A degree in Finance or Accounting and 4+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis are essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,500 - $122,900 USD in California and $73,200 - $101,700 CAD in Victoria. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, sick leave, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan for full-time employees in the US, and vacation pay, extended health coverage, and retirement plans for full-time employees in British Columbia.
