Job Responsibilities

As a Keyholder, you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including:

  • Managing sales and expenses
  • Reducing shrinkage and increasing profitability
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing inventory and merchandising
  • Coordinating freight and logistics

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • General retail experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
