Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beaverhill Shell. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Authorize returns and exchanges, and ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
