In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop and train direct reports, implement performance strategies driven by KPIs, and oversee field logistics and operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing resource allocation, regulatory audits, and result management, as well as implementing and adapting company policies and SOPs.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in national sales, a proven track record of growth, and industry experience in vape, tobacco, or another restricted category. You will also need strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, train, and develop every level of the team, as well as advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
