Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Sunrise Freight Systems Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our transportation team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Direct visitors to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
