Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the transportation team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Direct visitors to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
