We are seeking a Senior Athletic Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating activities with other work units or departments and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

This role is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, assisting clients/guests with special needs, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
