Manufacturing Assembly Technician

We are seeking an organized and reliable Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team at FR Design & Print Inc.
About the RoleThis permanent position involves operating machinery, assembling parts and components, and ensuring high-quality products. As a key member of our production team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Loading, feeding, or placing materials into machine
- Operating machine to fabricate parts and products
- Sanding, trimming, grinding, or cleaning products into final form using hand tools
- Screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, welding, or otherwise assembling parts and components to form final products
- Cutting, shaping, and fitting materials to form parts and components
You will work closely with our experienced team members to ensure efficient production processes and maintain a safe working environment.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and reliable with a strong team player attitude
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a permanent employment contract. You will also enjoy:
