Clintar Winnipeg is seeking a highly skilled Snow Clearing Specialist to join our team. As a Snow Clearing Specialist, you will be responsible for operating loaders or ag tractors with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal, and responding to emergency calls for snow removal. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a previous snow removal role and be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. **Responsibilities:**

* Operate loaders or ag tractors with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
* Maintain clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal.
* Respond to emergency calls for snow removal.
* Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
* Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
* Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
* Provide professional service and follow all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience in a previous snow removal role.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Cell phone data with data required.
