Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
