About the Role

This role is responsible for providing effective and efficient administration and clerical services to support the trust’s clinical staff. You will contribute to the smooth running of the service by accurately inputting data into the department’s client information system and preparing reports as required. You will also process referrals efficiently according to standard administrative procedures and maintain communications and recording procedures as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administration and clerical services to support clinical staff
  • Contribute to the accurate and timely inputting of data into the client information system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good general education to GCSE grade C or equivalent
  • Either RSA II or ECDL qualification
  • Excellent word processing skills and understanding of database workings
  • Experience working in a busy office environment as part of a team
  • Desirable: 3 years secretarial experience or 2 years NHS experience, preferably in a mental health setting
