We are seeking a skilled Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Derry Village Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Centre.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our chiropractors, assisting with patient care and office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist health care professionals with patient care and treatment programs
  • Clean and maintain equipment used in the treatment of patients
  • Process claims for health insurance and workers' compensation
  • Maintain supplies and order new materials as needed
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing and data entry
  • Schedule appointments and confirm with patients
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and phone calls

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
