Job Title: Child Care Worker Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Worker Assistant to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As a Child Care Worker Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily care and education of children in our child care centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Own transportation
