Education Director

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Director to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a seamless learning experience for students
- Organize schedules, assessments, and student learning programs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with community members, schools, and local businesses to foster partnerships and opportunities for students
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents through regular progress updates and meetings
- Ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is upheld throughout the centre, creating a fun and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred)
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language(s) spoken (Cantonese an asset)
- Experience working in educational environments with medium to large student bodies, as well as business environments
- Strong computer skills, phone skills, and customer service experience
