Education Director

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Director to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of students of all ages and abilities
- Collaborate with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a seamless learning experience
- Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, sports teams, and businesses to promote our programs
- Conduct assessments and create personalized learning plans for students
- Lead and motivate a team of educators to deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
- Minimum university degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred)
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language(s) spoken (Cantonese an asset)
- Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies and strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
- Excellent phone skills and customer service experience (sales experience preferred)

- A competitive salary of $40,000 per year, plus incentive bonuses up to $5,000 extra

Work Schedule:
- Evenings: Monday to Thursday (12:00pm - 8:30pm)
- Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
