The Role
We're seeking a Head of Customer Experience and Engagement to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating an environment where team members thrive and delivering a Neo Financial experience to every customer.
- Develop and execute strategies that align with business needs and prioritize exceptional customer experience and customer profitability.
- Build a business from the ground up, making decisions in ambiguity, and driving growth.
- Own the talent pipeline for support operations and work with hiring teams to bring in strong employees.
- Drive creative problem-solving and test solutions, iterating as required.
- Bring 8+ years of experience building teams and efficient processes.
