We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MSP IT Systems Administrator to play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional IT support and managed services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients' cloud infrastructure, including resource management, performance monitoring, and cost-efficiency to meet their unique business needs.
  • Lead the management and enhancement of clients' Active Directory environments, overseeing user and group management, security policies, and system integration.
  • Manage and monitor Hyper-V virtualization to ensure the availability, performance, and stability of clients' virtual machines.
  • Maintain and optimize clients' Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, providing them with a resilient and efficient data center environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client support and troubleshooting for their Windows-based systems and servers, ensuring a secure and productive user experience.
  • Administer web hosting services for clients, guaranteeing high availability, security, and a strong online presence for their businesses.
  • Keep meticulous records, develop and maintain documentation, and create standard operating procedures for clients' IT systems and processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for clients, including patch management, access control, and robust disaster recovery plans to safeguard their valuable data and systems.
  • Work closely with our MSP team, including technicians, engineers, project managers, and other IT professionals, to provide exemplary client service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Windows environments, and web hosting, particularly within an MSP environment.
  • Profound knowledge of network and system security best practices.
