Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Indian Tiffin in Edmonton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient kitchen workflows, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, provide training and guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen performance, sales, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
