What is the opportunity?

In today's complex financial services landscape, accurate and complete data is crucial for risk management and regulatory compliance. Ensuring data integrity begins with a deep understanding of financial services data, data quality controls, and identifying and resolving data observations and issues. As a Data Insights Director, you will be accountable for driving improvements in Risk and Finance data through the management of identification, root cause analysis, and resolution of data issues for US business-critical processes and regulatory reports. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for building trust and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of shared data assets and reporting data by managing data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services and systems, including finance and credit risk data, data quality principles, data management, and business analysis
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and credit risk business concepts and procedures
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis methods and the ability to analyze and resolve complex data-related issues
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel
  • Experience with business and/or technical documentation and the assessment of existing processes and systems
