Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at American Tall Ltd.
Job Summary:The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records. This is a key role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion.
- Organize tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines and optimize production efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including tracking and completing work orders, monitoring supply movement, and maintaining work records.
- Collaborate with production supervisor to schedule production runs and estimate material and labor requirements.
- Monitor production progress, prepare reports, and provide customer service.
- Ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking rules and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or logistics role.
- Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
