Job Summary

William Osler Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the optimization and improvement of our Human Resources (HR) data and processes. As the Lead, HR Workforce Data Optimization and Projects, you will play a critical role in enhancing our HR systems, processes, and data workflows to support the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the People Services portfolio to review and enhance HR data, processes, and systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to assess current technology and system usage, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Support the HR Systems and Reporting, Talent, and Total Rewards teams in reviewing and streamlining processes and data workflows to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Develop and implement data management and integrity strategies to ensure strong data quality and compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
  • Provide project management support for HR projects and process improvements to further the advancement of the HR function at Osler.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
  • CHRL or CHRP designation preferred.
  • Five to seven years of experience in functional HRIS system experience, data analytics, HR systems configuration, and implementation.
  • Experience working with Meditech and/or Virtuo HR would be considered an asset.
  • Broad understanding of HR business fundamentals, including employment legislations, recruitment, compensation, labour relations, payroll, pension, and benefits.
  • Advanced knowledge of systems required, including experience in system implementations.
  • Process expertise to re-engineer HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong technical and analytic skills to develop data extraction queries, report preparation, data investigation, and manipulate large volumes of data.

William Osler Health System offers a competitive salary range of $96,681.00 to $120,841.50, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
