Back of House Cook Opportunity

Denny's Canada is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to food safety and handling protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu development and implementation
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or similar environment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
