Industrial Property Operations Coordinator

Dream is seeking an experienced Industrial Property Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the management of our industrial properties.
Job Description:The Industrial Property Operations Coordinator will assist the Property Manager in the administration of building service contracts, including preparation of tender and standard service agreements as necessary. This includes maintaining all necessary databases for portfolio, including tenants, contracts, service providers, and emergency contact information.
You will also be responsible for monitoring Tenant insurance certificates database for compliance in accordance with the relevant terms of the Lease and following up with tenants as needed. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of tenant communication and complete Move In/Move Out process, with Site Supervisor.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in property management
- Demonstrated proficiency in lease and contract interpretation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of buildings systems and terminology as it relates to industrial and flex buildings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
- Experience in MRI and VTS Leasing Software would be an asset
