Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scheduling Clerk to join our team at Randstad Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication with our customers and efficient scheduling of appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Professionally answer and make phone calls to provide information and address customer concerns.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, confirming and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests promptly and courteously, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain organized appointment scheduling systems and communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments.
- Previous experience in a phone operator or receptionist role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of $18 per hour.
- Paid weekly.
