Airport Operations Coordinator

Nunavut Airport Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the airport operations team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ordering office supplies.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
