Airport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at NUNAVUT AIRPORT SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our airport operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the airport operations team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office procedures, routines, and inventory.
- Communication: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the airport.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
