Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at NUNAVUT AIRPORT SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our airport operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the airport operations team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office procedures, routines, and inventory.
  • Communication: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the airport.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
