About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Professional to join our team within our Community Mental Health Service for Adults. As a key member of our team, you will work with individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems, providing specialist interventions and support to help them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for clients under our care
  • Provide expert psychological interventions, with a focus on recovery and empowerment
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external agencies to support client recovery
