Community Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary
As a Community Mental Health Professional with the Isle of Man Government, you will work with individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems, providing specialist interventions and support. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team that fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, allowing you to develop and grow your professional skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist interventions and support to a defined caseload of clients with severe and enduring mental health problems.
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies, as well as charitable organizations, to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Develop and maintain partnerships to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
