About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Professional to join our team within the Community Health Service for Adults on the Isle of Man. As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will work with individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems, providing specialist interventions and supporting their recovery through expert psychological care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for clients under our care
- Provide expert psychological interventions with a recovery focus
- Develop partnerships with internal and external agencies to support patient recovery
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
