Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand plans for the North American market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and procurement teams to ensure a high level of service to our customers while minimizing excess inventory.
- Establish strong relationships with key buyers to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Optimize existing demand planning tools and processes to drive efficiency and improve forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in demand planning.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.
